With that number, our web server can tailor its content to the needs of the specific browser.

Third Party Information Collection. Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Website are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies (alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies) to collect Information about you when you use our Website. Information about how you can opt-out of receiving transit data from those third parties is available from those third parties.

6. How ORCA protects your information

We cannot guarantee that your information is secure, but this section describes the measures we take to protect your information.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of data via the internet is not completely secure. Although we are working to protect your Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

7. When ORCA shares your information

You should not provide Information if you are concerned about disclosure under the Public Records Act.

9. Information from children under 13

ORCA does not knowingly ask for information from children under the age of 13.

ORCA complies with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and related regulations. The Website is not directed at children, and ORCA does not knowingly collect any Information from children under 13 years of age. 10. Do not track

Using “Do Not Track” browser features may mean that some website features will not work.

Some browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature that, when turned on, signals to websites and online services that you do not want to be tracked.
